No Refund Policy

Every program, course, membership, mastermind seat and advisory engagement sold here is a digital product or a reserved-capacity service. Access, materials and calendar time are delivered immediately or reserved on purchase, and cannot be returned.

For that reason all purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, credits or pro-rated returns are issued — including for unused access, unwatched content, missed calls, change of mind, or a decision not to do the work.

These programs are sequenced systems, not content libraries. The full framework is visible the moment you get access, which makes consumption irreversible. The value transfers whether or not you execute it.

Live experiences and private advisory reserve limited capacity. Once a seat or engagement window is held, it is unavailable to anyone else.

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not refund the period already paid.

Fixed-term memberships (for example a 3-month membership) are paid for the stated term and are non-refundable in whole or in part.

Where a free trial is offered, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If the trial converts to a paid period, that charge is non-refundable under this policy.

Genuine duplicate charges, or a purchase where access was never delivered, are corrected. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL — replace] with your order details within 14 days and we will resolve it.

Chargebacks filed instead of contacting support result in permanent removal from all programs and communities.

Where consumer law in your jurisdiction grants a non-waivable right to cancel or refund a digital purchase, that right is unaffected by this policy. Where such law allows you to waive a cancellation right by requesting immediate access to digital content, purchasing here constitutes that request and that waiver.
